In the End, isn't the best band of all time Led Zeplin? The Doors, although great, gained a lot of popularity off of the death of Jim Morrison.

Pink Floyd was not as prolific, and The Who just simply aren't as good.

A case could be made for the Beatles, but I don't think they were ever as Raw as LZ!
