Ira, I agree that Delrina was in pretty bad shape. As a customer of theirs, I can't say enough about how many customers were frustrated with WinFAX 4.0 while they missed the boat on their timing of WinFAX 7 (for Win/95). However, although I swore that the problems with WinFAX 4 and Win/95 were so bad that I'd buy something else for Win/95, when it came down to it, WinFAX was really the only quality product out there. So, while they need some work (and cleaning out), they still have the strongest product by far in a very big category.

I also believe very strongly in Symantec's products, particularly the Norton product line. I don't frankly understand why the market nailed the stock so much for the company's early launch and investment into Win/95. It's so rare for a S/W company to actually be on-time, never mind ahead of the market. Their products are terrific and they lead in virtually every category they're in.

I'm definitely holding on for a while (although I wish the stock would start responding to what seems to be strength).

Sheldon
