i would think you would have to complete construction of the satelite 1st....before you make any plans to launch it..... how does the weather effect the construction of the ship? why are insiders selling this stock...or registering shares for sale like there's no tomorrow???? any plans to do a reverse split....seems like 800 mm shares outstanding is far to many..... anyone??
