The information derived from volume has time decay. With large
cap NYSE stocks, one would do well to look at greater than a
1 year time scale. TJX has been around a while, with a lot
of institutional support, and years-ago resistance and support still plays a big role. I don't see the levels you are talking about.

By the way, it's cool you've got a web page up and all. I listen
to some of the same music. Just visited it. Cool video and
music and all.
