Why $15 minimum wage Bernie advocates makes sense:

This is how I see it: you have a tribe and a pie. The total amount of worth that tribe has is what needs ot be considered. The "FIRST" priority of that tribe is to make sure everyone is secure, if the wealth allows it, and it sure as hell does here.

So you raise the rate to $15 and what will happen is most will be OK. Many will require more work by owners, or whatever, but it will work, the society will be fine and MOST importantly all of the suffering people will be taken care of.

Yes, there will be some hardships, and indeed unfairness, but it will work and the total good will far outweigh the bad.

Those are the types of social equations only the Democrats are capable of understanding and Bernie understands it the most.
