Has anybody speculated yet on why DEC decided to advertise their lawsuit like they did today. To what purpose? Is this an attempt to poison the jury pool? What do these ads have to do with their winning their lawsuit in court? Seems like they have another agenda to me.

What can it be? Are they after our sympathy? Our compassion? It can't have anything to do proving their case in court. Do they think that is the way to communicate with Intel? I guess they do, because other than the lawsuit itself, no where else do they lay out their position on this. Wouldn't it have made more sense to pick up the phone first and call Andy Grove to see if their complaint could be resolved amicably - before filing a lawsuit and creating an unbelievable adversarial conflict? Do they think they have more credibility because they never bothered to discuss their complaint with Intel and just had to sue? I'm really not sure they have any idea what they are going to be up against on this. Such utter desperation. But I said that already on a previous post. Oh hell, it bears repeating.

Just a few thoughts.
