I won't know the exact # until the S&P futures open--but based on where it is on the Globex as of now--I'd say that a sell signal would be generated on the Sep S&P futures if it declines to a little below the pivot point for today--now remember that I am referring to the futures as opposed to the cash.

Now this is a painful story--Judy told me to buy this at 30 something --and that is pre-split. I did not --not sure why--may be I never liked the name of the company:) I'll take another look at it for a short term trade.
