Hasn't Spidey been telling us for months that the AZNT/Zapara case was over, and that the Zapara stock had been cancelled? Ooops, guess not:

23 Q. Did Michael Zappara in fact do anything on behalf of
24 Amazon?
25 A. No.

3 Q. And where is that litigation?
4 A. It's at a point where all the stock that he has is under

5 court order and frozen. That's at Southwest Securities and
6 Charles Schwab.
7 Q. How did Mr. Zappara get ahold of Amazon stock?
8 A. Mr. Zappara and Mr. Kricfalusi wrote up the same documents
9 that we used to send to the transfer agent to issue stock and
10 Mr. Zappara issued himself 440,000 free trading shares of
11 Amazon Natural Treasures along with 1 hundred thousand shares
12 of restricted 144 stock unbeknownst to myself when I was in
13 Brazil.
14 Q. And as you indicate this litigation is still pending; is
15 that correct?

16 A. Correct.
