Hi Marvin: I like your No. 2 choice - A Joint Deal. Look for another AOL type joint agreement where both company must perform to benefit. They probably will announce their server technology (ie, thin client) to utilize IP technology perhaps e-mail services to start out.

Let's see how big this opportunity might be. I will be looking at the long term contract size and future hardware sales by SUNW.
