My clinic was a good one until they became an HMO clinic, although they see patients who have other insurance like me.

Once they became an HMO clinic the quality of care went down, way down. I couldn't get appointments with my regular docs on a regular basis, and if I had a problem, it took a fax and a three to four week wait to get a response from my chief doc. He may have been on vacation part of the time. But I can understand why he left.
