It's neither directly the number of subscribers nor the number logged on. My understanding is the bandwidth available is directly related to the amount of data being passed in either direction. It's stochastically related to subs and loggees (?). Apology, schmology. I said you are a good gadfly. I've enjoyed your performance on Westell!
