Nothing is ever in order to a Big Six firm's satisfaction on the first audit. I don't know why they couldn't get all there ducks in a row before the 1st deadline, but if they are restating all of 1995, then they surely had a lot more work on their plates than they had originally anticipated.

Really, speculation here is just liable to give you and everyone else an ulcer. Ultimately, what we will see in the 10K will be a rehash of everything we've seen in prior months. Maybe they will have moved income or expenses from here to there. But who cares?

I think we're all in this for the future. And the future in my book starts 1st qtr 1997. If they screw up in this quarter, I'll sell all my shares, take the loss and be gone forever.

I do hope that we get some Mgmt discussion and analysis and some clarification on the restructuring of their carriers in the 10K. But then again, I'm sure we will.
