The positive side: Multinationals repatriates profits from countries whose currencies appreciated against the USD.

There;s a also a Dubaization of the US:

Tourism influx from higher currencies will be a positive effect.

FDI increases as foreign investor comes to the US to buy companies now cheap.

Also the real estate -if drop significantly- will attract foreign buyers.

Perhaps this plays in three years and the US economy adapts to the new level.
