Strong manipulation is right, however, I see it in a different light. I see it as the "manipulators" distributing to the eager buyers (like yourself) in an effort to lighten up as much of their bloated inventory of absurdly priced securities as possible before the economic reality hits the masses and they realize they've been duped into buying at stupid prices................
