It seems more than that to me. It appears as they are either totally inept and/or deceptive. (kind words). I believe the trust of the people invested in a public corporation has been breached. The executions of seemingly unorthodox loaning of stock and extremely tangled and/or loose and perhaps shoddy record keeping is a serious threat to integrity of the entity AZNT as a whole. This must be unwoven and I suspect the proper authorities are preparing the necessary "4th amendment" documents to secure the interest of the "people". Now that is if we believe the testimony posted to date. I for one having not been present in the court cannot say what is going to happen. However, I believe that the trust of the "people" must be addressed and the duty to secure that interest is now obvious to any and all jurisdiction agencies. If not at least a jaundiced eye is cast in that direction. All just the opinion of a simple country boy that never attended Harvard...even for pudding. I do believe this is a Monty Python script if I ever read one. TG
