What Nancy Orman recommends we do is secure the credit cards by the house, that way if you miss a payment on your revolving credit, the bank can just call your home loan, and foreclose on the house and YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE ALL THE TIME AND TROUBLE TO GO TO COURT and if there is any equity they can just apply the balance to the one time Forclosure Fee, which of course is limited to 1.7 Million dollars, under The Federal Fair Banking Practice Law.

Seems pretty good to me. Now where IS that phone?????
