Earnings growth? I would net out the decline of the legacy business before you look at earnings growth. Keep in mind that fy 1997 and fy 1998 still have substantial legacy business left. Fiscal 2000 will reflect growth over fiscal 1999 that is substantially higher than the currently reported revenue and earnings growth. That said it's not cheap right now.
