Hi Dale, I'm not an expert on the EUB, just basing my comments on observations over the last few year and a working knowledge of how regulatory agencies work. Even if the board were in complete agreement with STF/BEA they would likely adjourn to "study the issues", in order to give the appearance of a measured response. In fact they may indeed ask their technical staff for further evaluations.

I am sure that the resulting decision will be in STF/BEA's
favour. If only because the proven potential is so huge. If
the potential wasn't so large, I am not sure that they would be allowed to proceed.

Also on the positive side is the fact that over time all regulatory agencies tend to favor the industries that they are supposed to regulate.

Been here 8+ years, would not have believed it when I first bought in. In the meantime my kids are healthy, life continues to be interesting and sooner or later our patience will be rewarded.

It's Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada and we do have a lot to be thankful for, particularly in light of recent events in your country.

Have a great weekend!

Keith

PS: Contrary to what you may hear from our supposed leaders most Canadians are 110% behind your efforts to destroy terrorism!!!
