Harry, shells are not a new phenom, I have seen many examples of apparently still and lifeless companies, that never trade, come to life again. It is difficult, costly, and complicated to secure underwriting and go public. It is straight to the point to be merged with one that is already traded publicly. Cash and stock swaps and outside investors all have interest in being in early on a deal like this. I'm pretty sure that is the plan here. Bill Monier
