NVDCW expire Feb, 2002, entitle you to one common share at $7.20 but I am a bit concerned because they are callable in another 10 days if the common stays above $8.40 at the close (and the company WANTS to call them), which might hurt their value or force you to convert to common. Also there is some question whether the stock is involved in the IPO that it was purported to be earlier. Better do DD on this b4 buying.
