I personally believe the tender offer is a pr move that is calculated to get the stock to move lower.

Paul Allen is buying his additional 11-14 percent (51 to 54 percent total) on the open market....

I strongly believe this....

I strongly believe there will be no tender offer.... I could be wrong but this really is my gut instinct. He has already filed with the SEC all the documents which would allow him to purchase these on the open marke t with no additional disclosure needed (as I understand it)...
