That sure looks like a bold move. Last weekend I was looking for long stock positions using a favorite scan. After narrowing the list down to a select few I started dissecting the potential plays for one to play. What I noticed on the strong stocks (20MA over 50 MA) with recent highs was strong negative divergence with MACD, MACD Histo and Stoch. That sent me to the sidelines as far as long plays in the broad markets.

Instead I wanted to play the short side of the markets so I looked at TWM. I like its beta and volume characteristics. So on Monday I took some positions: sold some 63 puts for a couple of bucks and some change. Seeing the action, kinda think I'd like to have bought the ETF instead but this time I'm letting the volatility work in my favor and that wasting time value drain into my pocket.

I dunno if the Bullion Bank boys have the juice to smack POG down to 850 again. With the New York boys out of the game on Monday, it could be interesting to see what China and London do. They could sure take a nice slice out of the POG.

We'll see...
