Actually just went back and read the post on LU. I guess I may have misread the intention. If LU pre-announces, it would indeed cast a cloud over the sector. However, you would have to discern exactly where the shortfall lies. My guess is if this happens (longshot imho), its on the circuit and traditional telco side, not packet/data/photonics. Didn't we go through this last qtr? - and as I remember, the sky did not end up falling..... Bulldozer
