I found this on another thread that I watch. Companies and individual shareholders do win.

There are however a few shareholders who are causing harm to XXXXXXXXX through repeated contact directly with
customers. This behaviour is totally irresponsible and damaging to XXXXXXXXX and I will not tolerate it.

I am working with our customers to obtain the names of the abusive shareholders and XXXXXXXXX will commence litigation
against these people if this conduct continues. If you know of an abusive shareholder please provide me with details.

XXXXXXXXX recently obtained a judgment for $300,000 against an individual who made damaging remarks about XXXXXXXXX
over the internet. We are in the process now of executing on that judgment and in fact have filed documentation necessary
to petition that person into bankruptcy. This demonstrates our resolve to take action against anyone who interferes with our
business.
