Eric has been far too closely-associated with 5Fs-Fenton, and recognises that he should have heard all those skeletons rattling much, much sooner. Snis plus Wendy, plus new CEO (sometime) and new Sales Manager (sometime). Publicly-owned, stock-exchange quoted companies, are supposed have a workable Succession Plan not a freakin live-fire drill. These last few weeks have been a Covid-style disaster-zone for the company. The Market gets it, and so does the resulting share price. Zentek is regenerating like Dr Who has to every now and then, but Dr Who is more enjoyable to watch, and you know he's going to win.
