AOL Sucks!

Not only want to gain attention by putting such a headline, but I do mean it, from all perspective, its bandwidth, its program, its service.

We all know AOL was having bandwidth problems after they released $19.95 unlimited usage program ( I understood they were forced to do so), then came the story they provided refund for "all" the inconvenience that had brought up ( I bet majorly it's for calming down the upcoming suits), but if you go to AOL homepage, use their search engine to search for "refund", I got:

AOL Search Results
0 documents found for query:
refund
Previous 0 | Return to Search | Next 0

And I did call their membership service to get my refund, Please correct me if I was wrong, but I did see on "SF Chronicle" that reported all subscribers who chose to use $4.95 for 3 hours plan should get refund based on their usage, no 50%, 25% restriction, but the customer service lady (I did remember her name, but let's omit here) told me that my December usage, which exceeded $4.95 (actually $11.95) would not qualify for refund, and Jan. I only qualify for 50% refund, so for $16, I only got $2.50 refund. Thanks god, I made hundreds times more money shorting AOL stocks when it reached $44 2 monthes ago, not it's coming back again, no hesitation, SHORT IT again @$43 3/4.

Again, AOL sucks!
