June 26th 2025: "......company, reports that it has received a letter from Health Canada noting that Health Canada is considering the classification of ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters and inviting Zentek to submit additional information regarding appropriate regulatory classification. September 24th Recap. Re HC request for further information: "....having recently submitted a formal response to the agency’s preliminary regulatory position....." 3 months to reply. Clearly this was not a case of simply bundling up some test results and calling Purolator No sales in the interim. Not even in less-regulated and huge MENA market.
