I agree that it's a steal. But the CEO/Founder has been trying to get out of the company for several years I think (see how he's tried to hire several replacements). With 32% of the stock voting for $15, I think we're hosed. I would vote against it if there wasn't a penalty (I'm sure there isn't and that it's a straight majority vote)
