Although I beleive your correct that he should not be advertising his service (newsletter) on here I am interested in seeing if his picks actually do anything and he should be allowed to post them. So far all I've seen are gains prior to open so that no "small" investor can get in on them (with maybe one or two exceptions). Nothing that makes want to subscribe to his service.
