He is absolutely correct. However, I would bet that most of those companies had compelling business models - and either short-term problems or the stock seemed "overpriced" so investors shunned them.

No. TAVA has so many strikes against it that I don't see how it can dig itself out of the hole. The biggest red flag of all was TAVA's reliance on Y2K hype to mask a very weak core business.

I believe the Y2K stock speculation mania has already peaked and probably won't return.
