Thanks for the post. I snooped around a bit this afternoon and couldn't find anything re a PA investment in GLBND. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist, just means that I couldn't find anything. I even looked at the latest SEC filing for GLBND - no mention of VV. I agree, this could be interesting.

The most relevant info I could find was some remarks from a transcript of an interview at the Sun Valley Conference on Jul 6.

Q: Will you go into the U.K. cable market?

Allen: We've looked at a couple of things there, but we haven't been able to put anything together so far. That's a very interesting market, although those cable assets in Europe have seen some of the rapid appreciation that the ones in the United States have done.

I'm personally very interested in watching PA's global interest/investment develop. We'll keep GLBND on our radar and off the Master List until we can verify.
