What you've witnessed today is the Constitutionally mandated procedure that is the consequence of alleged crimes committed by William Jefferson Clinton ! The Senate is now charged with the duty of placing William Jefferson Clinton on trial to determine his guilt or innocence... and what, if any, penalty he must suffer.
