FSI's chemical management business was the backbone of this company. It is the microlithography business that is killing them. You are correct about their real estate being a drag on earnings. Something has got to go. Their problems will continue and I look forward to shorting this one on any manic run-up in price. Forget about any special dividend to shareholders after a sale of a division. The debt holders are way ahead of common shareholders in the food chain and this company will need cash to survive this record downturn in the industry.
