Yaacov, Below is William Hueb's forecast on INTC's short-term stock performance as of today. Bill is a respected technician on SI, both for his expertise and for his objectivity. I am aware of several correct calls he made on INTC and general market trends in recent months. Right or wrong, his judgement is never colored by his personal holdings (or lack of them) as he apparently owns no high-tech stocks.
