Sonny, Do all Cisco employees get reviewed in early March? I think the guy who speculated that JC may hold off the split until reviews are over might have had a good point. I know the delay is frustrating for some of the short term shareholders, but to us LT types (well, me at least), timing of the split is a non issue. Congratulations to you and your co-workers for a fine job last year. Hope you get rich along with us shareholders <g>. Frank
