Lurker. I don't think your observations about Brad, Cheryl and Jin are on the mark. I remember Cheryl's post when she bought another 10,000 shares at 40›. Based on that transaction she has lost $2,400 to date.

Arif Adam? If he did know what was going on, he should have acted far sooner than he did. If he didn't know what was going on, he is not capable of carrying out his duties, and should resign.
As for Jin, he has a life to live beyond FAMH and he was spending far too much time posting on this board.
Do Brad, Cheryl and Jin feel good about what has and has not transpired with this company, I don't know, but I would have to guess they feel let down very badly.
I do. I am not satisfied with what has happened and how in this day and age it takes a company with <$10 million in revenues at least 2 months to report audited financials is beyond belief. Arif, what have you been doing besides spending it and totally ignoring your duties as COB?
I trust that Bristol Asset Management will lean hard on Mr. Adam to retire a considerable percentage of his holdings in this company and force him to step down. He is not competent to oversee this company.
I wouldn't accuse Brad, Cheryl and Jin of any of this. Point the finger where it should be at Mr. Adam.
