Wow, 30 to 50% of cash reserves into the QQQ's, and then they were literally left "up the creek without a paddle" by rocket scientist Bob Brinker.
And then the "conservative" ones were told to spend 20 to 30%!
To me, "conservative" is more like 10%, not up to 30%, which is more like pure speculation.
