Thanks to BWAC who pointed out the 200M is convertible debt - so a potential dilution of shares there. The whole thing about ASML is, I have no idea how they related - only that when ASML warned, several analysts said that means CYMI has poor visibility which is confirmed by the company - they cannot see beyond next quarter and cannot comment on the industry based on what they experienced now. Good for those who held thru earning and rang the register this morning, otherwise, it is back to square one.
