AOL threatens to *sue* the Florida Attorney General

times.st-pete.fl.us

AOL, as part of the AG settlement, is required to file a report each month for the next six months. From memory, the reports require AOL to disclose the count of refunds requested, the number of accounts canceled, and hard data on busy signal problems.

The Florida AG has stated that they will make this report public on Monday. AOL has threatened to sue the Florida A.G. if they do. AOL *really* wants massive government regulation of their business, don't they?
