van wang, You are correct. those numbers do not represent anything except the starting point. Now if we reduce the number of people at DEC, by selling off unneeded operations (money in the bank), lay off duel positions (overhead reductions), realine services with CPQ and DEC clients (more work for skilled people & better client service), and cross sell products (more sales per employee). We have a new base to evaluate that is stronger then the separate old bases added together. We have not even considered new products in this venture. So yes it looks good to me. It is more of a timing issue in my mind then a never happen issue. I don't see Bears as bad guys. Sometimes I'm a Bear, This time I'm a Bull. NW
