RG,

Do you mean that the institutional buying has not already happened? Why would the insititutions have not already bought in to this stock? Is it that it was on the TSE and the big US institutions don't buy canadian stocks? I guess I assumed that they did all the buying in the past three weeks, but what do I know???

(I guess if they were smart, they'd have waited to buy this morning!!)
