JMILES69, even if CM sells the Custis Mathes name, it would not bring in to much money. Pocket change at the most. I consider $4 million pocket change. Even if they were to get double that amount, it would only hold off more Reg S for one or two quarters only. The value of CM name is all but gone done the tubes, so it would make a lot of sense to sell the assets that no longer would be used by Custer. Same thing with the uniView. If they were to get $8 million for the name (highly unlikely) they still would only gain .05 in book value. With the buy out of Ednet the book value already went down with the added liabilities, so the net results will not be that much.

mkskpsu, what are your sources telling you. I will be waiting to see if your information about DNET having a profitable quarter coming up due to shipments of product that have been sitting idle comes true.
