NTST ...Out of favor right now...possible delisting from NASDAQ...down 0.16 today...yet still is pumpimg out the good news...new 1million contract with city of Richmond, VA... warrants have a tendency to quickly jump to $1.00 You know what the big money gals say... buy it when it's out of favor.
