Com21 has been at least doubling its revenues
each year since 1997, with no hits along the road.
Now if profitability can be attained...

The stock is trading at book value, according to the Yahoo Finance stats (book=6.83$) and has a P/S = 0.85 .

I don't see why it wouldn't be a good buy.
But first I would compare to competitors.
The only one comparable is TERN. MOT, Thomson, Toshiba
are way bigger and diversified. TERN is diversifiying,
but it's still the closest thing to CMTO.

While it may not be complete here is a quick take:

Name Mkt Cap S/O Float Sales S/share P/B P/S Debt/Equity
TERN 951 M 65.9 35.6 315 5.66 1.23 2.55 0.65
CMTO 172 M 24.6 19.5 183 8.19 1.02 0.85 0.01

Disclaimer: I own CMTO only, and this data was taken from Yahoo Finance.
