Blix submits his written report early: "Chief UN weapons inspector Hans Blix provided the U.S. administration with new ammunition yesterday, saying Iraq has not provided evidence of "a fundamental decision" to disarm...The chief inspector's comments came hours before he delivered a 16-page written report on the progress of inspections and Iraq's co-operation to UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, who will then send it to the Security Council. This tells me we are going in early. Just read that Iraq is moving troops south to Tikrit.
