Hi guys!!! Love the humor--sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying.
I am also frustrated, pissed, disgruntled, but most importantly--BAFFLED!!!!!
Just wish I would had saved some money order to buy in these levels.
Don't pay any attention to the short interest decline, Offshore shorting that is BOXED will not show up on any NASDAQ list. The Short position is still considerably higher. However, in the absence of some real "blow-your-socks-off" news, the shorts will be content to hold and wait for margin pressures to force the stock lower. At least that is their HOPE!!! Because if they BOX their shorts now, it will be at a loss, because they will have to use "settle" their shorted stock at 5.75-6.00 to with 8.00 conversion price stock. That would mean $2/share loss to them!! I don't think they are ready to take that type of loss yet.
Also, part of the SHORT game is to "talk" the stock lower. How can they do this you ask? Easy, some well-placed FALSE rumors could scare people--then the game becomes psychological. For example, once the stock is at these levels, people start saying: Will 4thQ EPS be negative? Is Pure Energy a Hoax? The answer to these questions IS A RESOUINDING NOOOOOOO!!!! But since the stock is at 5.50, they tend believe its real.
I guess I tip my hats to the off-shore pirates for creating this atmosphere. The only problem is that 4Q EPS will be out in less than 10 days and they will be very GOOD, and Pure Energy Corp. will be participating in an Alternative Fuel conference in Calif, March 19-20. So I think its a safe to say that some "SUBSTANTIAL" news will come before those dates along with their marketing brochure.
The reason I say this is that the brochure is supposed to educate the public on Pure Energy's fuel, so several fundamental news should come out before the brochure gets printed and made available for conference participants. The "AUDIENCE" at that conference will be mostly, state and federal govt. fleet owners/managers and private fleet owners. I would also think that several Wall Street analysts and money managers will also be in attendance since the conference would be of much interest to them.
All in all, I think the stock will get its much needed boost soon, since we are less than 3 weeks away from these above mentioned developments taking place.
