The Company is aware that the recent resignations of certain members of
the Company's management team has resulted in some perceived uncertainty
about the Company's future and direction.
In that regard, the Company wishes to make the following statements:
1) Keith Rhodes will contine as President of the Company.
2) The Company has hired Alfred Alberts on a consulting basis to serve
as the Company's Chief Scientific Officer.
3) The Company, through an executive search firm, has interviewed a
number of qualified individuals and intends to hire all necessary
personnel as soon as possible.
4) Management of the Company is dedicated to maximizing the Company's
opportunities in both the food supplement and pharmaceutical areas.
With respect to the Company's future plans, the Company intends to hold
periodic meetings with all interested members of the investment
community. These meetings will be our exclusive method of direct
communication with the investment community. As soon as the first such
meeting is scheduled, we will advise all interested persons. Of course,
the Company will continue to issue press releases as and when
appropriate.
