Possible catalyst for INSP....

1. Announce a deal with NTT Docomo I-mode

2. Announce wireless subscribers were about double their early projections and that indications are for continued strong growth...

3. Announce more international wireless deals... Announce further releases of the wireless portal with existing customers ( SBC, Vodaphone )

4. Announce adoption of integration of the offline / online American Express promotion type deals --- Announce some sort of partnership / working relationship with Openwave

5. Announce some type of BIG deal with Microsoft

6. Announce Microsoft has taken a financial position in the company ( why not )

7. Announce that YHOO has acquired INSP for 2 shares of YHOO for every share of INSP

7. Announce Broadband Distribution deals beyond Charter, RCN, and HSAC... ( When INSP bought GO2NET Jain said his existing customers wanted broadband )

8. Release the set-top box portal that was originally to be released last summer

9. Release the high speed P.C. portal that was originally to be released by the end of the year 2000

10. Reiterate that they have about $400 Million in cash and are generating cash through their operations

11. Reiterate that less than 25% of this quarters revenue was through advertising and that less than 10% of future revenue will be through advertising long term

12. Announce NO CHANGE in revenue projections for fiscal 2001... Still $360 Million ( 70% growth ) --- Also announce that operating margins will be 15%-18% this year and projected to rise to 32%-36% over the next 2 to 3 years

13. Charter Announces it has merged with another major cable player and that they now have 13+/- Million subscribers ... rivaling AT&T and AOL/Time Warner ( and INSP will continue to be primary technology provider to Digeo )

14. Announce that DIGEO will be carried by all of the top 5 cable companies in their high speed offerings

15. Announce $69 Million in Revenues with $10 Million in proforma earnings
