Hank,

It's quite evident that what we are watching is a first class small company power struggle. I've seen these before and have come to the conclusion that it isn't always who appears to win that matters but ultimately who controls the most shares that really counts. Think this problem will be resolved soon. I don't think anyone really believes that this company can operate with just a president(69?) and parttime consultant. In this matter I am just going to wait and see, I personally don't think it will be that long a wait.

IMO #1 PRIORITY is the adherring to the marketing schedule of product. I think it would be a major disappointment to all shareholders for any delay in ths area. Comments by PRLN and postings by those on this thread give no indication that everything will not proceed as planned and hopefully product will start flowing timely. Unless something goes wrong I am not worried.

Having said all of the above I do have questions ie:
1. Mr. Rhodes resigned 12/13/96. Why is he still there and so many others are not?
2. E-Mail to Nutcracker, Post #2312, no reference from the company on an annual meeting. PRLN is a DELAWARE CORP and would think legally bound to hold annual meetings. Whether these have to be public or not I don'know.
3 If Art Koch was going to make a change of jobs why make a lateral move (or maybe not even that, research "Strategic Diagnostics") as a CFO in a money losing company, also in the Biotech field.

Enough for now, have to give my grandaughter a driving lesson.

Harold
