TEC rejected UDI's buyout bid.
TEC (commercial INtertech) went from 19 to 28 based on a buyout
bid by UDI (United Dominion) at the end of June.
TEC president said that they rejected the bid on Friday (july 12).
The stock is still hovering at 28 plus change.
The stock has not fallen possibly because UDI said that they would still pursue the takeover.
Wonder if there is anything else holding it up.
It may be a good one to watch in the future.
Any comments?
